Materials for plastic injection Molding

Scalable production using PA (Nylon), PC, ABS, PP, PE

We offer a wide selection of materials for your project, depending on the application. The injection molding materials used when creating parts and products with plastic injection molding vary in their mechanical, thermal, chemical, electrical, and optical properties. We can produce components from 0.1g to 5kg, based on your desired quantity as frequently as required. We work with a wide range of thermoplastic polymers including ABS, PC, PP, Nylon (PA) family, including glass-fiber reinforced variants (e.g., PA66+GF30) for structural parts.

Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE, TPU).

Expert injection molding of flexible and rubber materials (TPE, TPU). Perfect for shock absorption, soft-touch surfaces, gaskets, and sealing components. We ensure perfect dimensional stability even for complex elastic geometries.

Leaders in Sustainable & Bio-based Plastic Injection Molding (Sulapac®)

Entech Group use new types of materials. Such as Sulapac®. Universal material is made from wood and plant-based binders. This 100% bio-based material biodegrades without leaving permanent microplastics behind. The preferred recycling method is industrial composting. It biodegrades fully without leaving permanent microplastics behind. Sulapac® can be processed with existing plastic product machinery, making the switch from conventional plastic to an eco-friendly alternative easier.

Final product assembly and packaging

Whether we are producing the finished product or component parts, we can assist with sub assembly and we can also arrange packaging for individual items, bulk packaging for groups of items, or into packs ready for retailing. Once your part has been manufactured, we can ship it to you fully packaged and printed. We can also arrange for your product to be branded by overprinting with your company name or logo, the product name, material of construction or any other details required. We also offer a storage facility for high quantity orders to enable you to enjoy the cost benefits of long run production whilst minimising storage space requirements at your premises.
